Dependable Strengths Assessment
The Dependable Strengths approach helps employees examine, their successful experiences and recognize and discover a career fit that maximizes their opportunities for success and satisfaction. Significant strengths are motivated skills that are used repeatedly in experiences done well. The more you know about your strengths, the more you will understand how to adapt to the changing demands of the workforce. By using your strengths, you will be able to improve interpersonal relationships, build your career, increase your job satisfaction, and reduce stress on the job.
Identify for yourself that characteristic that is a unique kind of excellence that is always growing within you. Recognize that the elements of your excellence have been demonstrated from time to time throughout your life. These elements have most likely been demonstrated in experiences you identify as achievements: Good Experiences in which you did things well, you enjoyed doing them, and that make you proud. Focus on using this pattern of skills and talents or strengths. They are the reliable elements of your special excellence.
DISC Personality Assessment
DISC is the most widely used behavioral assessment tool, adopted by organizations around the world to improve teamwork and understand diverse communication styles. Used by executives, sales teams, and individuals to target their development activities accurately and appropriately, DISC deepens your understanding of how you and others solve problems, interact with others, perform under stress and respond to constraints – and this insight helps you connect with others and be more effective.
The Leader’s Dashboard is a deceptively simple tool. In a single page, it takes a leader from the highest-level questions about mission, vision, and values, to strategic questions about core talents and priorities, tactical questions about measuring performance, and individual questions about key relationships and opportunities for professional development. It results in personal insights from guided reflection and dialogue which answer these questions.
360 Performance Review
Self-discovery and self-awareness are essential to developing your capacity to lead. And a core component in that process includes personal reflection and analysis of your own behaviors as leaders. Equally as valuable is insight and feedback from those around you who know you well, who have experience of you in your role as a leader, and who are committed in their support of your personal development to provide honest input into the behaviors you exhibit to others. Combined, these essential perspectives provide invaluable insight into how you view yourself as a leader, how others view you, and what actions you can take to improve your effectiveness.
The Leadership Practices Inventory is a questionnaire that contains 30 behavioral statements—six for each of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®—and takes 10 to 20 minutes to complete. Leaders and individuals complete the LPI Self, rating themselves on the frequency with which they believe they engage in each of the 30 behaviors. Five to ten other people—typically selected by the leaders—complete the LPI Observer, indicating the frequency with which they think the leader engages in each behavior.

The CPI 260 assessment measures a number of personality characteristics that can be observed to play a part in everyday situations, particularly in the workplace. It is designed to provide an accurate description of you, the same way a person who knows you well would describe you. This includes a candid description of both your favorable and unfavorable characteristics.
It is based on more than 55 years of research and is used as part of a development plan with people and organizations internationally.
